Since Mod + Jo's launch in 2016 with a small collection of handcrafted jewelry, we have always stood for approachable accessories that leaves a woman feeling confident and empowered. Today, the brand has a national presence and Dallas-based studio with their first brick-and-mortar located in the Bishop Arts District. Cultivating confidence through femininity, thoughtful details and a modern, sophisticated energy — Mod + Jo’s founding principles define a unique style synonymous with joy. Under the vision of founder Jordan Flynn, the brand continues to celebrate confident women with a bold spirit.

Part-Time Retail Stylist — Mod + Jo, West Bend (Fort Worth)
Mod + Jo in West Bend is hiring a Part-Time Retail Stylist to join the team. Stylists are the heart of our store — guiding guests through the collection, helping them build charm necklaces, supporting our welding and piercing services, and making sure every moment in the store feels like Mod + Jo. This is a 4-8 hour-a-week role with availability for consistent weekend shifts.
A successful day as a Retail Stylist looks like…
- The floor is clean, styled, and ready before the doors open
- Every guest is greeted warmly the moment they walk in — every time
- Customers leave with pieces they love, because you actually listened to them
- The charm bar stays organized, and every charm necklace gets built with care
- Permanent jewelry and piercing guests are checked in, made comfortable, and walked through the experience start to finish
- Sales goals are met because hospitality and selling are happening together, not separately
- Returns, custom requests, and the occasional curveball get handled with grace
- The store gets restocked, refolded, and reset; the cases stay clean; the energy stays right
- The team finishes the shift feeling good about the day
You're a fit if you…
- Genuinely enjoy taking care of people
- Have natural taste and know how to read a customer
- Stay calm and warm when the floor gets busy
- Are reliable, respectful, and easy to work with
- Can be on your feet for a 6–8 hour shift

What we're looking for in experience
- 1+ year of retail, hospitality, salon, or other small-team service experience
- Comfort working a POS system (we use Shopify)
- Experience meeting sales goals or service standards
- A track record of showing up, following through, and being someone a team can count on
- No prior experience with charm bar, permanent jewelry, or piercing needed — we train you on all of it
The Details
- Part-time, 4-8 hours a week
- Available for consistent weekend shifts
- $18/hour
- 1.5x holiday pay
